We do love to live our core values. One of them is “ever evolving”, reflecting our belief that change is inevitable and often a good thing. So we like to embrace it and aren’t afraid to make a course correction once the future unfolds into today.

You’ll see from previous blogs that we started out looking for “certified dealers” as we planned our expansion into additional markets across Canada. We were conscious of differentiating the KANDY opportunity from other “franchise” offerings in a number of ways, including that we don’t have ongoing royalty fees or stringent reporting requirements.

We had a great weekend at the recent Franchise Show in Toronto earlier in September. We met some great people and had great conversations.

What also started to become clear is that we would be able to explain our opportunity more simply and be understood better if we just called a spade a spade…or a duck a duck. We really are offering a franchise opportunity.
