Sales Consultant

Description of Duties

  • Pre­qualify incoming inquiries to set­up consultation appointments
  • Conduct in­-home sales consultations following the KANDY process to close deals
  • Interact with concierges, designers, property managers, individual condo owners and condo boards to drive demand and gain referrals
  • Drive new leads and generate demand
  • Arrange building discount programs and conduct in­-building displays and close deals
  • Oversee and man home shows/trade shows and other exhibitions as required to drive leads

Skills and Requirements

  • B2C high value selling skills; prospecting, handling objections, needs analysis, questioning, closing
  • Spatial analysis; the ability to measure and calculate square footage
  • Proficient with technology, tools, apps and CRM’s
  • Ability to execute B2C sales through B2B referral activity

Compensation

  • $38,000 annual salary plus commission
  • Cell phone, vehicle allowance & 28 days paid vacation days provided
  • Target income at minimum quota is $68,400 annually with increased % payout over quota and no caps on commission
